SwimAtlanta Pool Management staffing is a year round effort performed by a full-time, in-house Human Resources Department.

Training for Safety

One of the most important services we provide is supplying lifeguards that are certified by the American Red Cross. They have been trained in Lifesaving, First Aid, and Professional Rescuer CPR. However, because safety is so important to us, in addition to their initial Red Cross Certification, we perform random Safety Audits during the summer to assure our lifeguards are always well trained throughout the season.

You will feel confident that all of your guests will have a nice, polite and qualified lifeguard on duty at all times. Our lifeguards are trained on your pool site with your pool equipment.

All our personnel are consistently praised for their good work and professionalism. However, in the rare instance should we be asked, we will replace any lifeguard immediately if you are not satisfied.
