From Green to Clean:

Our contract includes:

  • Getting the pool ready for opening.
  • Getting ready for a new season is a lot of work - let us GET IT DONE for you!

We Will:

  1. Complete a five step opening inspection and inventory process to.
  2. Prepare the pool for opening day.
  3. Clean pool.
  4. Vacuum pool.
  5. Clean pool enclosure area.
  6. Inspect chemical feeders.
  7. Inspect all filtration equipment.
  8. Inspect flow meters, pressure gauges, and valves.
  9. Mount diving boards, guard chairs, and ladders.
  10. Thoroughly clean bathhouse.
  11. Inspect and restock water-testing supplies.
  12. Inspect underwater lights.
  13. Order, store, and inject all necessary chemicals to establish pro per levels for:
         free chlorine
         total alkalinity
         pH
         calcium hardness
         cyanuric acid
  14. Set out and thoroughly clean deck furniture with a non-abrasive cleaner. Please note that some stains may not be removable due to the deterioration of the condition of the furniture.
  15. Start up equipment.
  16. Perform requisite repair work as needed and authorized by Customer
  17. Clean and fill wading pool.

Part of our contract is to close your pool at the end of the season with complete winterization.

We will:

  1. Pump pool water to correct level.
  2. Prepare pool and pool plumbing lines for freeze protection – we agree to use common and accepted winterization techniques and we assume responsibility for any freeze damage and will repair any damage at our expense, with the exception of damage due to circumstances beyond our control.
  3. At your request, we will drain all lines and fixtures in the bathhouse that are constructed so they can be drained. We assume responsibility for any freeze damage and will repair any damage at our expense with the exception of damage due to circumstances beyond our control.
  4. Add anti-freeze to appropriate fixtures - drain pumps and hair/lint strainer.
  5. Backwash and drain filter tanks.
  6. Open all valves to appropriate settings - clean and store your deck furniture at your pool.
  7. Remove and store skimmer parts.
  8. Cover skimmers with plastic.
  9. Remove and store all movable ladders, lifeguard chairs, and diving boards when required for closing pool.
  10. Clean chemical feeders.
  11. Drain and store hoses.
  12. Lubricate filter system valves.
  13. Add winterization chemicals to pool to retard algae growth.

We will even winterize the tap water lines in your clubhouse at no extra charge. Our work is guaranteed and should there be any freeze damage, it will be replaced at our cost!
