Welcome to SwimAtlanta Pool Management!!!

SwimAtlanta has many outstanding opportunities for seasonal summer work for 2008. Currently, we are looking for that special person to fill the following positions: Pool Managers, Full-time and Part-time Lifeguards, Substitute Lifeguards, and Swim Lesson Instructors. Interview Information:

You will come to the Roswell office at : 1210 Warsaw Rd. Suite 800.  Roswell, Ga. 30076 for the interview.  At this time we will find a pool location that is conveniently located to where you live for you to work at for the summer.  We are located just south of the intersection of Mansell Rd. and Warsaw Rd.  Driving directions are given in the FAQ section. 

When you come to your scheduled interview, please bring your drivers license (a permit is acceptable), Social Security Card, and if possible, a letter of reference from a coach or teacher. If you are already a Certified Lifeguard, please remember to bring copies of your certification with you. (Don’t stress!! If you’re not certified, you will have the opportunity to sign up for a class at the interview.) And don’t forget about SwimAtlanta’s “Work with a Friend” Program! We will actually place you and your closest friends at the same pool so you can have even more fun while working!

Certification courses are listed in the current lifeguard section. 

A little background information about Lifeguarding:

• No experience required! You will be fully trained prior to starting work.
• You must be at least 15 years old.
• All employees must be Lifeguard Certified. We accept either Red Cross or YMCA certifications.
• SwimAtlanta conducts and offers Lifeguard Training Courses to its employees throughout the year, but its best to take the course as early as possible.
• Upon course completion, you will be Lifeguard Certified for 3 years and CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certified for 1 year.
• For returning guards, SwimAtlanta offers CPR Re-Certification Courses to get you up to date and ready to work.
