| SwimAltanta
has trained and certified thousands of Lifeguards over the last 24
years. Most of our certification classes occur between January and
August each year. Our class locations vary from year to year; however,
we do try to spread our class locations around all areas of North
Metro Atlanta. Our Lifeguard and CPR Classes are all American Red Cross Certifications.
Our Lifeguard Instructors are employees of SwimAtlanta that are certified
by the American Red Cross.
Although we only offer training to either current or future SwimAtlanta
employees, we do accept certifications in either American Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguarding
and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
Class participants should bring a bathing suit, towel, lunch, and
a check for $150.00 made out to Swim Atlanta Pool Management.
